The Bachelor of Design in Architecture may be undertaken full-time over three years, or four years with honours.
In each semester of the degree you will complete core units and may choose one elective. Possible areas of study include the three streams (Allied Arts in Architecture, Urban Design and Planning, or Digital Architecture), and electives within the faculty. Opportunities also exist for you to take units of study in other faculties within the University.

Each semester revolves around a studio which explores aspects of the design process relating directly to the practice of the architectural profession. The studios are supplemented by core units of study in architectural history and theory, communications, technologies and art workshops. Methods of study in the course will include studio work, lectures, seminars, field trips, and workshops.

上面课程设置三年或者四年荣誉学士。每个学期都会有在studio的设计课，与职业直接相关。其中还包括建筑理论、历史、表达方式、技术及一些相关技能。建筑学入学语言要求雅思7分（其他学校大多都是6.5分）。该校偏重艺术，设计感很强。

悉尼大学建筑系成立于1919年，开始只有建筑学本科教育，1948年设立城市与乡村规划专业。自1960年代起，开始教授艺术设计。到1990年，建筑系正式确立建筑、规划与艺术设计三大学科和领域，并在建筑学系拥有细致的专业划分——包括建筑、设计、建筑物维护、灯彩照明设计、城市设计规划、设备维护管理、电子艺术、声学与声音以及古迹保护等等。这些专业具有现实意义，尤其是目前关于人类发展与大自然如何和平共处的探讨、温室效应的解决，因此如何设计出与环境相协调的建筑是对现代建筑师的考验。

3、新南威尔士大学 About - Architecture

UNSW的建筑系是在建筑环境学院Build Environments Faculty 里面，自成一系，分支很多。录取要求颇高。硕士课程包括城市发展与设计、环境建设可持续性发展、建筑管理和房地产等，是澳大利亚最大的建筑学院。该课程注重培养学生的宽广视野，从而使学生具备对文化、社会、环境、政治、商业及开发的深入、综合的理解，在此基础上进行建筑设计及实践。

RMIT建筑系跟很多国际知名教育和行业机构有交流项目，教学实用，紧贴当前行业需求，毕业人才很受市场认可和欢迎。RMIT建筑与设计学院在美国、欧洲、亚洲都拥有广泛的行业合作伙伴，包括法国及日本的全球建筑研讨会以及哥本哈根、柏林、洛杉机、奥地林因斯布鲁克、上海、法国等地区的工作室项目。

建筑硕士的学生，除了建筑设计工作室外，还可以选择景观建筑设计、室内设计、工业设计、城市设计、数码建筑领域的工作室项目，并有机会进入城市建筑实验室以及空间信息建筑实验室。澳洲建筑行业的精英人士参与教学，传授与就业相关度最高的实用技巧，大大提高了毕业生的就业率。

RMIT节奏较为紧张。学生熬夜画图设计是家常便饭。其建筑在全澳洲学校里名列前茅，但国内只是较认排名，如果选择该校的话，将来在澳洲发展更为有利一些。

课程设置：

Design studio typically makes up half the program each semester and is taught in small groups. You will focus on a particular theme and project each semester. After the first semester, you’ll be able to select which design studio you wish to follow from approximately 20 on offer, completing 1 per semester during the course of your studies.

Supporting courses such as technology, communication and history comprise the remainder of your program and give you an understanding of the social and physical contexts of the built environment, as well as teaching you drawing skills.

In your first semester, you will complete a structured foundational design and communicationscourse.

Subsequent semesters include 4 ’lower pool’ design studios. In the final semester of study, you will move into ’upper pool’ and complete an upper pool design studio working with Master of Architecture students.

Study in the Master degree consists of 3 additional upper pool design studios, general elective courses and supporting courses such as professional practice.

Lower and upper pool studios are vertically integrated, i.e. grouped with students from various year levels.

All programs are delivered in English. You will have access to online and digital resources through the myRMIT student portal.
